How much does it cost?

Each translation project is different and requires a customized quote.

To prepare a quote I need to examine the texts to be translated and to know whether you have special requests for the delivery date. That way I can have an idea about the topic, format, volume, and complexity of the project.

The quote takes all these elements into account and, in addition to the translation, includes:

  • The number of words of the document to be translated
  • The project specifications
  • The time needed for terminology research
  • Any necessary changes to layout, formatting, figures or tables
  • The necessary revisions and final proofreading
  • The delivery date and urgency of the project

To give you an idea, the translation of a 40-pages manual in Word would cost around 3,500 euros, a 10-pages contract will be around 650 euros, a 5-pages website would start at 750 euros.
